Terms of Service
Effective date: October 5, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Yunnno LLC, an Arizona limited liability company ("Yunnno," "we," "us"), for the Yunnno iPhone app and yunnno.com. By using either, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Who can use Yunnno
You must be 18 or older. You may set up kid profiles only for children you are a parent or legal guardian of, or have that person's permission to include.
Your family
One adult creates the family and controls who belongs to it. Adults in a family can manage its content and kid profiles. You're responsible for what you add to the app and for how kid mode is used on your device, including keeping your kid-mode PIN private.
Your content
You own what you put into Yunnno. You give us permission to store, process and display it only to provide the app to your family. We don't use it for advertising and we don't sell it.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse Yunnno. That includes trying to access another family's data, getting around our security, interfering with or overloading the service, using it for anything illegal, or adding content that infringes someone else's rights.
Price
Yunnno is currently free. Some features may require payment in the future.
Reminders and availability
We work to keep Yunnno reliable, but we can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. Don't rely on the app's reminders for anything where a missed reminder could cause harm, such as medication or safety matters.
Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms or puts other families at risk. When an account is deleted, its data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
Yunnno is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Yunnno LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to $100.
Apple
These terms are between you and Yunnno LLC, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and isn't responsible for any claims relating to the app, including product-liability, legal-compliance or intellectual-property claims. If the app fails to meet an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, which may refund the purchase price, if any. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. You must also follow Apple's App Store terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arizona. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the consumer-protection laws where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here with a new effective date. Continuing to use Yunnno after a change means you accept it.
