Privacy Policy

Yunnno LLC ("Yunnno," "we," "us") makes the Yunnno iPhone app (the "app") and the website yunnno.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and how you can delete it. Questions: team@yunnno.com.
The short version
- Yunnno is for parents and other adults who run a household. Children don't have accounts.
- We collect only what's needed to run the app for your family.
- No ads, no third-party analytics or tracking, and we don't sell your information.
- The website has no sign-ups, cookies, analytics or tracking.
- You can delete your account and data from inside the app.
The website
yunnno.com has no sign-ups, forms, cookies, analytics or tracking. Our hosting provider processes standard request information, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver and secure the site. If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply.
Who can use the app
The app is for adults 18 and over. On supported devices, the app checks an age signal provided by your device to confirm the account holder is an adult. The result is not stored. Accounts found to belong to someone under 18 may be deleted.
Information we collect in the app
- Account information: your name and email address, or a private relay address if you use Sign in with Apple.
- Family content: what the adults in your family add, such as events, lists, chores and recipes.
- Kid profiles: a name a parent enters for each child, and the items assigned to that child.
- Invitations: the email address of an adult you invite, used only to send the invitation.
Kid mode
A parent can put the app into kid mode on a parent's or family device so a child can see their chores and events and mark chores done. Kid mode runs on the parent's account; children never sign in, and kid mode doesn't let them enter text, photos or other personal information. When a child marks a chore done, we record it for a parent to approve.
Information collected automatically
- Security signals from your device that confirm requests come from the genuine app. These don't include your family's content.
- Crash reports through Apple, only if you've chosen to share them with app developers in your iPhone's settings.
We don't use advertising identifiers, and we don't track you across other companies' apps or websites.
How we use information
Only to provide and secure the app: show your family's information to your family, send invitations, prevent abuse, fix problems and answer your messages. We don't use your information for advertising or profiling, and we don't sell it or share it for advertising.
Who can see your information
- The adults in your family, and a child in kid mode for their own items.
- Service providers that process it on our behalf and are required to protect it as this policy describes — cloud hosting and database, Apple sign-in and device services, email delivery, and web hosting.
- Others when the law requires it, or to protect the safety of people or the service.
- A successor if Yunnno LLC is merged or sold; this policy continues to apply to your information.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including access controls that limit each family's data to its members. No system is perfectly secure.
Keeping and deleting information
You can delete your account, and remove kid profiles, in the app's settings. When you delete your account, we delete your personal information; if another adult remains in your family, the family's shared content stays with them. We keep information only while your account exists, or as needed to meet legal obligations.
Your choices and rights
You can view, correct and delete your information in the app. You can also email team@yunnno.com to request a copy of your information, a correction or deletion. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.
Children
Yunnno is a tool for adults and isn't directed to children. Children take part only through kid mode on a parent's or family device, as described above. If you believe a child has given us information outside kid mode, email team@yunnno.com.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the updated version here with a new effective date.
