Your privacy matters
This policy explains what data Yunnno LLC (“Yunnno,” “we,” “us”) collects, how it is stored, and how you can control or delete it.
Effective date: May 12, 2026

Family accounts and children's privacy
Yunnno apps are designed for families. A parent or guardian (“owner”) creates and manages the family account on yunnno.com. The owner:
- Creates the family and generates a family code
- Adds family member profiles, including profiles for children
- Sets each member's name, age group (adult or child), and login PIN
- Controls all family settings and subscription status
Children's accounts
Children (under 13) do not create their own accounts. A parent or guardian must create the child's profile and set their PIN. By creating a child's profile and PIN, the parent or guardian provides verifiable parental consent for Yunnno to collect and store the child's app usage data as described in this policy.
What data we collect from children
When a child logs in with their family code and PIN, we collect:
- Their name (entered by the parent, not the child)
- App usage data: chore completions, recipe interactions, grocery list items, calendar event views, and similar in-app activity
- Photo proof of chore completion in YunnnoDo (taken and uploaded by the child)
We do not collect from children: email addresses, precise geolocation, contact lists, or any data beyond what is listed above.
No advertising to children
We do not serve targeted advertising to any user, including children. We do not share children's personal information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
Parental rights
As the family account owner, you have the right to:
- Review your child's data at any time through the Yunnno apps (all child data is visible to the parent within the app)
- Request a copy of your child's data by emailing team@yunnno.com with the subject “Child Data Access Request”
- Request correction of your child's data by emailing team@yunnno.com
- Delete your child's data by removing the child's family member profile on yunnno.com, which deletes all associated app data. You may also email team@yunnno.com with the subject “Child Data Deletion Request”
- Withdraw consent for future data collection from your child by removing their profile from the family, which prevents them from logging in
If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13 without parental consent, please contact us immediately at team@yunnno.com.
How your data is stored
All Yunnno data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore and Firebase Storage), a cloud platform operated by Google LLC. Firebase is hosted in Google's secure data centers and protected by industry-standard security practices.
Your data is protected by multiple layers of access control:
- Firestore security rules prevent any user from reading or writing another family's data
- Family members can only access data within their own family group
- Children have restricted permissions — they cannot create lists, modify family settings, or access billing information
- All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS encryption
- Family PINs are used for authentication via Firebase Auth custom tokens
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers or data brokers.
