Your privacy matters
This policy explains what data Yunnno collects, how it is stored, and how you can control or delete it. Effective date: January 1, 2025.
What data we collect
We only collect data necessary to make the apps work. Here is what each Yunnno app stores:
All Yunnno apps (account data)
- Email address (used for login and account recovery)
- Display name (shown in the dashboard and apps)
- Account creation date
YunnnoPac
- Family member profiles: name, date of birth, gender, clothing/diaper preferences
- Trip data: trip name, destination, dates, packing lists
- Wardrobe items per family member
YunnnoNom
- Family member food preferences and allergy information
- Meal history and saved recipes
- Grocery lists
- AI-generated recipe suggestions (processed via Anthropic Claude API; see Third-Party Services)
YunnnoCal
- Calendar events: title, date, time, recurrence
- Event assignments per family member
- Push notification tokens (used only to deliver reminders you schedule)
YunnnoDo (coming soon)
- Chore assignments and completion history per family member
How your data is stored
All Yunnno data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore), a cloud database operated by Google LLC. Firebase is hosted in Google's secure data centers and protected by Google's industry-standard security practices.
Your data is accessible only to your account. Firestore security rules prevent any user from reading or writing another user's data. Family sharing features use server-enforced access controls — no client-side trust.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers or data brokers.
Third-party services
Yunnno uses the following third-party services to operate:
Firebase / Firestore (Google LLC)
- Purpose: Authentication, database storage, and cloud functions
- Data shared: Email address, display name, all app data listed above

Resend
- Purpose: Transactional email delivery (account invites, notifications)
- Data shared: Email address of the recipient
- Privacy policy: https://resend.com/legal/privacy-policy
Anthropic Claude API
- Purpose: AI-powered recipe suggestions in YunnnoNom
- Data shared: Family member food preferences and allergy information submitted as part of a recipe request. No personally identifiable information (name, email, DOB) is sent to Anthropic.

Data deletion
You have the right to delete your Yunnno account and all associated data at any time.
To delete your account: Sign in at yunnno.com, go to Settings, and tap “Delete Account”. This permanently and irreversibly removes your account, profile, and all app data (family members, trips, meals, calendar events, chores) from our servers.
If you are unable to sign in or need assistance deleting your data, email us at team@yunnno.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and your registered email address. We will process your request within 30 days.
Children's privacy
Yunnno accounts are not available to users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Yunnno apps are designed for adults and families. Adults may create family member profiles for children — this profile data (name, date of birth, preferences) is stored under the adult account holder's ownership and is subject to the same deletion rights described above.
If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately at team@yunnno.com.
